According to the method, historical information of groups with similar backgrounds is screened out by uploading pictures of labor tools or working environments and information of fellow villagers, neutrosophy logic is introduced into a collaborative filtering algorithm, and, by utilizing a scoring means of conversion of three membership degrees, namely a true value membership degree, an uncertain membership degree and an untrue membership degree, the employment preference of migrant worker users is reflected more truly, recommendation is more accurate, and the problem that some incomplete, complete or inconsistent evaluations cannot be measured well due to the fact that rigid evaluation is adopted in the scoring process in the prior art and subjective uncertainty of people is not considered is solved.
