Germination accelerating method for increasing germination rate of sorbus alnifolia seeds
A technique for the germination rate of Aronia serrata is applied in the field of germination for improving the germination rate of Aronia serrata seeds, which can solve the problems of reduced distribution, gradually endangered resources, poor renewal, etc., so as to enhance resistance, promote degradation, and improve seeds. Enhanced effect of internal physiological and biochemical metabolic activities

Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of seed treatment, in particular to a germination accelerating method for increasing the germination rate of sorbus alnifolia seeds. According to the germination accelerating method, the sorbus alnifolia seeds are treated through a sand mixing variable temperature method, the germination accelerating time is about 130 d, wherein high-temperature treatment is conducted with the humidity of seed sand keeping at 40%-50% for about 40 d at the high temperature of 25-28 DEG C; and the low-temperature treatment is conducted with the humidity of the seed sand keeping at 50%-60% and the air humidity of about 60% for about 90 days at the low temperature of 3 DEG C +/-1 DEG C. The germination potential and the germination rate of the seeds can reach 75.0% and 80.7% respectively; compared with a conventional outdoor sand mixing stratification method, the germination accelerating time is shortened by 10 days, and the germination potential and the germination rate are increased by 15.7% and 17.0% respectively; and compared with a sand mixing cellaring method, the germination accelerating time is equivalent, and the germination potential and the germination rate are increased by 20.7% and 19.4% respectively.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of seed treatment, in particular to a germination accelerating method for improving the germination rate of Sorbus elm seeds. Background technique [0002] Sorbus elm ( Sorbus alnifolia Sieb) belongs to Rosaceae Sorbus genus deciduous tree, up to 20m high, single leaf, ovate to elliptical ovate, 5cm-10cm long, 5cm-9cm wide, white inflorescences in compound corymbs, flowering period from May to June, The fruit is oval or ovate, with a diameter of 7mm to 10mm and a length of 10mm to 13mm, red or orange. The ripening period is from August to September, and the leaves turn golden in autumn. It grows in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests or miscellaneous forests, mostly distributed on mountain ridges, in environments with extremely poor site conditions, at altitudes between 300m and 1000m. Distributed in Zhangguangcai Ridge and Laoye Ridge in Heilongjiang Province, cities and counties east of Changchun ...
