This invention discloses a method for enhancing cucumber resistance to
Fusarium wilt by driving the accumulation of
rhizosphere bacteria using
Trichoderma echinococcus FJ035, belonging to the field of
plant disease biological control technology. The method involves applying
Trichoderma echinococcus FJ035, Nitro-reducing
Pseudomonas 22, and Bacillus vesicularis 33 to the cucumber
rhizosphere via root
irrigation. This method offers stable
efficacy, is
environmentally friendly, and can replace or reduce the use of chemical pesticides. The control
efficacy in potted plants reaches 77.97%, and in the field, it reaches 68.42%, comparable to the
efficacy of commonly used chemical pesticides such as hymexazol and
thiophanate-methyl, demonstrating promising prospects for industrial application.
