The invention discloses a method for efficiently and rapidly reproducing
paulownia test-tube plantlets in a large scale. The method comprises the following steps: kneading
paulownia seeds to remove membranous wings, charging the
paulownia seeds into a gauze bag, bleaching and sterilizing, then inoculating into a
solid culture medium, culturing for 20 to 30 days, and facilitating the
sprouting of the seeds to obtain seedlings;
cutting the young seedlings into sections with a node, transferring the seedlings into a
reproduction subculture medium, culturing for 30 to 40 days, subculturing for one time, wherein the
reproduction coefficient reaches 4 to 5, when a needed seed
plantlet quantity is achieved, transferring to a
seedling improving and rooting culture medium, culturing for 40 to 50 days, the
seedling growing strong and having 3 to 4 roots, and
transplanting the
seedling. Compared with the prior art, the method can be directly used for the factory large-scale production of seed plantlets and has advantages of less
pollution, high
reproduction speed, low aberration rate, tidy and strong seed plantlets, low production cost, high
transplanting survival rate and the like.
