56 results about "Sorbus" patented technology

Sorbus is a genus of about 100–200 species of trees and shrubs in the rose family, Rosaceae. Species of Sorbus (s.l.) are commonly known as whitebeam, rowan, service tree, and mountain-ash. The exact number of species is disputed depending on the circumscription of the genus, and also due to the number of apomictic microspecies, which some treat as distinct species, but others group in a smaller number of variable species. Recent treatments treat Sorbus in a narrower sense to include only the pinnate leaved species of subgenus Sorbus, raising several of the other subgenera to generic rank.

The invention relates to a high-quality stock-scion combined grafting reproducing technology for hawthorns. Malus pallasiana is selected as basic stocks, sorb is selected as middle stocks, and crabapple bud-mutation hawthorns are selected as scions. The high-quality stock-scion combined grafting reproducing technology specifically includes the following steps: (1) grafting the hawthorns: sowing the malus pallasiana and the sorb in the early May, starting grafting when the plant heights of seedlings are about 1 m, adopting a scion grafting method, adopting sorb branches, removing the heads of the grafted portions of the malus pallasiana stocks for grafting, and carrying out grafting with a cut-grafting method; (2) carrying out management after grafting: in order to enable grafted seedlings to well grow, strengthening field management work such as fertilizer and water applying, weeding and insect disease prevention during the fast-growing period. By means of the high-quality stock-scion combined grafting reproducing technology, the dual effects of sight enjoying of the hawthorns and eating of haws in autumn and winter are achieved, the eating mode of eating frozen fruits in winter is additionally achieved, the planting benefits are increased, and the effect of landscape trees in the northeast China in winter is achieved.

Industrial method for preparing sorbus pohuashanensis fruit anthocyanidin from sorbus pohuashanensis fruits

The present invention belongs to the field of natural organic chemistry, and relates to an extraction and separation method for anthocyanidin derived from sorbus pohuashanensis fruits. According to the method, tea polyphenol is adopted as an antioxidant, extraction is performed under an alkaline condition, impurity removing is performed with a flocculant under an acid condition, primary purification is performed by using a macroporous adsorption resin, and secondary purification is performed by using an alcohol precipitation method so as to obtain the high-purity anthocyanidin product. The industrial method of the present invention has the following advantages that: 1, the water is adopted as the extraction solvent under the alkaline condition so as to substantially reduce the production cost compared with the conventional extraction using ethanol; 2, the tea polyphenol is added as the antioxidant during the extraction process so as to effectively reduce the anthocyanidin loss; 3, the flocculant is used to precipitate the impurities in the extraction liquid so as to easily improve the purity of the anthocyanidin product; and 4, the product is re-purified by using the alcohol precipitation method so as to significantly improve the purity of the anthocyanidin product. The prepared anthocyanidin of the present invention can be widely used in the fields of health food, cosmetics, and the like.

Germination accelerating method for increasing germination rate of sorbus alnifolia seeds

The invention relates to the technical field of seed treatment, in particular to a germination accelerating method for increasing the germination rate of sorbus alnifolia seeds. According to the germination accelerating method, the sorbus alnifolia seeds are treated through a sand mixing variable temperature method, the germination accelerating time is about 130 d, wherein high-temperature treatment is conducted with the humidity of seed sand keeping at 40%-50% for about 40 d at the high temperature of 25-28 DEG C; and the low-temperature treatment is conducted with the humidity of the seed sand keeping at 50%-60% and the air humidity of about 60% for about 90 days at the low temperature of 3 DEG C +/-1 DEG C. The germination potential and the germination rate of the seeds can reach 75.0% and 80.7% respectively; compared with a conventional outdoor sand mixing stratification method, the germination accelerating time is shortened by 10 days, and the germination potential and the germination rate are increased by 15.7% and 17.0% respectively; and compared with a sand mixing cellaring method, the germination accelerating time is equivalent, and the germination potential and the germination rate are increased by 20.7% and 19.4% respectively.
