Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a molybdenum diselenide composite material, in particular to a preparation method of a molybdenum diselenide RGO composite material with an adjustable heterostructure and multiple microwave absorption bands. The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing pure MoSe2 is relatively weak in conductivity, easy to gather in the reaction process and poor in impedance matching, and the development of the pure MoSe2 in the field of electromagnetic wave absorption is hindered. The method comprises: 1, preparing a reaction liquid; and 2, solvothermal reaction. The invention provides the preparation method of the MoSe2 (at) RGO composite material with the adjustable heterostructure and the multiple microwave absorption bands, the prepared MoSe2 (at) RGO composite material realizes effective microwave absorption in three wave bands under the same condition, the maximum reflection loss is-56.9 dB, and the microscopic heterostructure of the material is adjustable. The molybdenum diselenide (at) RGO composite material with an adjustable heterostructure and multiple microwave absorption bands can be obtained.
