The device comprises a water bath kettle, a transparent gas collecting unit and a transparent gas measuring unit, wherein the water bath kettle is used for containing a rock core sample and sodium chloride saline water; the transparent gas collecting unit covers the core sample and is used for collecting desorbed gas of the core sample; and the transparent gas measuring unit is connected with the transparent gas collecting unit and is used for measuring the volume of the desorbed gas collected by the transparent gas collecting unit. The shale gas desorption rate can be rapidly measured for the unconventional natural gas drilling core, rapid and fine description of the gas-bearing property change trend of the whole-well-section core is achieved, the minimum sampling interval can be designed to be about 5cm, and more accurate parameters are provided for shale gas-bearing property evaluation.
