The invention discloses a mobile device containing AGPS orientation function that includes a mobile terminal used to send AGPS data request information to assistant orientating entity through wireless network and receive the AGPS data; and a GPS receiver locating outside the mobile terminal that is used to receive AGPS data from the mobile terminal and capture target GPS satellite based on the AGPS data to gain GPS data.
