A treating method of waste cathode charcoal blocks is provided. The waste cathode charcoal blocks are from electrolytic tank heavy maintenance slag of an electrolytic aluminium factory. The method includes treating the electrolytic tank heavy maintenance slag to obtain powdered waste cathode charcoal blocks, subjecting the powdered waste cathode charcoal blocks to water leaching to obtain a leachate and cathode charcoal blocks after leaching, performing solid liquid separation after the leachate and a fluorine removal agent are subjected to a curing reaction, returning the filtrate to the leaching step for circulated use, and stacking filter cakes or adopting the filter cakes as a raw material for preparing calcium fluoride. The method adopts a manner of a plurality of times of leaching, thus achieving innocent treatment of the waste cathode charcoal blocks. The filtrate and the filter cakes after leachate treatment can be reused, and the cathode charcoal blocks after leaching can be adopted as fuel for producing alumina. The method overcomes a series of problems caused by stacking of a large amount of the waste cathode charcoal blocks, achieves efficient utilization of the waste cathode charcoal blocks, and is obvious in economic benefit and suitable for industrial production.

A filtering apparatus comprising an elongate container body, an inlet, an inlet reservoir, an outlet, an outlet reservoir, and at least two filter elements, wherein each filter units contains two or more space-apart and co-axially stacked filter elements encased in a cylindrical-shaped filter cartridge. Contaminated fluid flows from the inlet, through the perforations located on the inlet reservoir separator, and into the elongate container body. Fluid flows into the filter units through perforations in the filter cartridge and the open ends of the filter cartridge. The filter units use an opposed axial flow method to draw the fluid through the filter elements. The filtered fluid flows through a perforation in the axial conduit, passes through the axial conduit outlet into the outlet reservoir. The filtered fluid then exits through the outlet. The present invention may be used in operation with a motor and pump to filter large flow rates and volumes of contaminated fluid.

The method comprises the following steps of: dividing an input speech signal into N subband signals, compensating the hearing, respectively reducing the noise of the subband signals, and comprehensively processing various paths of input subband signals into a path of output signals by a weighted stacking filter bank. The invention provides a generalized spectral subtraction method according to noise levels and hearing threshold adjustment parameters, wherein a posteriori signal-to-noise ratio is replaced by an a priori signal-to-noise ratio to adjust a gain function, so that musical noise generated by noise reduction can be effectively reduced. The noise reduction gain function is related to the signal-to-noise ratio, and is adjusted according to the noise levels and the hearing threshold of a patient; when the hearing threshold is high, the suppression to the noise is low, and speech distortion is reduced simultaneously; and when the hearing threshold is low, the suppression to the noise is increased so as to improve listening comfort, so that the method has pertinence to different hearing loss conditions and different noise conditions, and makes the suppression effect and the speech distortion relatively balanced.

The invention combines an encloseable container with an internal pump producing cyclonic action, with two different types of filters. One type of filtering consists of layers of varied porosity, one layer filtering only very fine debris, while the other layers blocking progressively large debris. The other type of filtering involves stacked discs placed to aid in further filtering of the water in the chamber of the cylinder. Water flows around the bottom disc, through holes in the second disc, and around the third disc before approaching the stacked filters of varied porosity.
