This invention relates to the field of H-steel pre-
assembly welding, and more particularly to an end positioning mechanism for an H-steel pre-
assembly line. The mechanism includes a track frame, a web positioning
assembly, and two sets of wing plate positioning assemblies. A movable support and a fixed support opposite to the movable support are respectively mounted on the track frame. The two sets of wing plate positioning assemblies are respectively mounted on the fixed support and the movable support. A web support is fixedly mounted on one side of the fixed support. The web positioning assembly is mounted on the web support. The web positioning assembly includes a web positioning support plate and a web baffle disposed on the side of the web positioning support plate. The wing plate positioning assembly includes a wing plate positioning support plate and a wing plate baffle disposed on the side of the wing plate positioning support plate. This invention provides a damping force proportional to the speed by adding a
hysteresis damping unit at the floating stop, ensuring a smooth buffering process without rebound. This ensures that after the
kinetic energy is lost, the stop near the conveying end face is completely in contact with the baffle end face, effectively preventing poor positioning accuracy.
