polycarbonate comprises the following steps of preparing
polycarbonate resin light
diffusion master batch from 94.7-99.8 percent by weight of polycarbonate resin, 0.1-5 percent by weight of
astigmatism agent and 0.1-0.3 percent by weight of
antioxidant and weighting 30.6-92.9 percent by weight of polycarbonate resin, 6.5-66 percent by weight of polycarbonate resin light
diffusion master batch, 0.1-0.5 percent by weight of light guiding agent, 0.3-0.6 percent by weight of
ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1-0.3 percent by weight of
antioxidant and 0.1-2 percent by weight of mould releasing agent. In the invention, the light
ray is distributed two times or more to eliminate the blinding glare, and the light is transmitted continuously to the maximum extent. The anti-glare polycarbonate has low optical loss and high
light flux, can meet the need of different level of various environment and application situations, can be used for producing the shell of the lighting lamp, is convenient to prepare with simple process and is suitable for industrial production.
