The method comprises: a transmitting end i acquiring a channel coefficient matrix H i between the transmitting end i and a user equipment, being a complex coefficient matrix, N R representing the number of receiving antennas of the user equipment, and representing the number of transmitting antennas of the transmitting end i; the transmitting end i acquiring an optimal pre-coding matrix W i through the channel coefficient matrix H i , being a complex coefficient matrix, and d i representing the number of data streams transmitted by the transmitting end i; the transmitting end i calculating a rotation matrix U i of the transmitting end i by using all acquired channel coefficient matrices H 1 , ..., H i , pre-coding matrices W 1 , ..., W i , and rotation matrices U 1 , ..., U i -1 of transmitting ends cooperating with one another, when i = 1, the rotation matrix being U 1 which is a unit matrix; the transmitting end calculating a final pre-coding matrix according to the pre-coding matrix W i and the rotation matrix U i ; and pre-processing, through, data to be transmitted, and transmitting the data through an antenna port. Through the present invention, interference of a cell edge is reduced, spectral efficiency of the cell edge is improved, and effective coverage of a cell is increased.
