A Method for Determining the Optimal Temperature Control Range for the Entire Growth Stage of Greenhouse Peppers Based on Curvature Method

ActiveCN120787692BadaptableSignificant comprehensive benefitsClimate change adaptationGreenhouse cultivationData setThermodynamics
This invention discloses a method for determining the optimal temperature control range for greenhouse peppers throughout their entire growth stage based on the curvature method. Through nested experiments, the photosynthetic rate of peppers at different growth stages under different environmental conditions is measured to construct a dataset. Environmental conditions include temperature, CO2 concentration, and photosynthetic photon flux density. Using growth stage, CO2 concentration, temperature, and photosynthetic photon flux density as input vectors, a backpropagation neural network optimized by a genetic algorithm is used to construct a photosynthetic rate prediction model, generating a corresponding photosynthetic rate response surface. The photosynthetic rate response surface is discretized into discrete points, and the Gaussian curvature at each point is calculated to construct a Gaussian curvature response surface. The Gaussian curvature response surface is then discretized into a temperature-Gaussian curvature response curve. Using the u-sine value as a metric, a random restart hill-climbing method is used to determine the critical boundary of the response curve, ultimately obtaining the optimal temperature control range.

A sintering control process for improving lead and cadmium leaching rate of ceramic glaze

PendingCN122277286Afully dependent onRaise the firing temperatureDielectricManufacturing technology
This invention discloses a sintering control process for improving the lead and cadmium leaching rate of ceramic glazes, relating to the field of daily-use ceramic manufacturing technology. The process includes: determining the characteristic dielectric frequency of the glaze to be fired at its critical melting temperature, where the characteristic dielectric frequency corresponds to the frequency of synergistic polarization between lead or cadmium ions and glass network forging ions; heating the product to the critical melting temperature and holding it at that temperature, applying an intermittent pulsed electric field with a frequency equal to the characteristic dielectric frequency; after stopping the electric field, subjecting the glaze melt to temperature cycling treatment, applying periodic temperature fluctuations at a reference temperature; and after the last half-cycle of cooling, rapidly cooling through the glass transition temperature zone, followed by slow cooling to room temperature. This invention, through the synergistic control of characteristic frequency electric field writing, temperature cycling screening, and gradient rapid freezing, significantly reduces the lead and cadmium leaching rate of the glaze surface without changing the glaze formulation, increasing the maximum firing temperature, or extending the production cycle.
