chromosome 43, with a polymorphism of C / T; and Chr15_65268299 is located at position 65268299 on
chromosome 15, with a polymorphism of G / A. By detecting the polymorphism of these SNP loci, the
oil content of
Camellia oleifera seed kernels in Hainan can be detected at the
seedling stage, significantly reducing production costs and improving selection efficiency, thus possessing significant application value.
