The invention provides a building with multifunctional
rope release equipment. The multifunctional
rope release equipment comprises
power transmission systems or hydraulic traction systems or air
pressure transmission systems, rotary bodies and descent control devices. Motors of the
power transmission systems or the hydraulic traction systems or the air
pressure transmission systems are connected with the rotary bodies.
Ratchet mechanisms are arranged on rotary shafts or transmission mechanisms or the rotary bodies. The rotary bodies can rotate freely only in one direction and are locked and cannot rotate freely in the opposite direction. The rotary bodies or the rotary shafts of the rotary bodies are provided with
rope blocking plates. Holes are formed in the rope blocking plates. The descent control devices are arranged on the rotary bodies. Descent control ropes of the descent control devices stretch out of the descent control devices, then penetrate the holes and are wound around the rotary bodies or wound around reels or scrolls. The multifunctional rope release equipment is connected with a
remote control unit or the multifunctional rope release equipment is connected with a segment of control cable with a controller or the multifunctional rope release equipment is connected with a segment of control pull rope.
