This invention relates to the field of preparation technology of
terephthalic acid dicamphor
sulfonate organic amine salt, and particularly to a method for synthesizing
terephthalic acid dicamphor
sulfonate organic amine salt, comprising the following steps: neutralizing
camphor sulfonic acid with an organic amine compound in a
solvent to generate
camphor sulfonate organic amine salt; and condensing
camphor sulfonate organic amine salt with terephthalaldehyde under the
catalysis of a non-metallic organic
alkaline catalyst to obtain
terephthalic acid dicamphor sulfonate organic amine salt. The method employs an organic amine
neutralization and non-metallic organic alkaline catalytic
system, avoiding the introduction of
metal ions throughout the process. The product is terephthalic acid dicamphor sulfonate organic amine salt, and no subsequent
ion exchange treatment is required, resulting in higher product safety, making it particularly suitable for high-end applications such as sunscreen
cosmetics.
