The invention provides a solar-energy water heater which can supply water time anytime, characterized in that a distributing tube (11) is connected with a water feeding tube (7), at the outer or inner side of a thermal-insulated water tank (2) or embedded in a thermal-insulated layer of the water tank, one end of a water inlet tube (12) is connected with the distributing tube (11), while another end is arranged at the bottom of a solar-energy vacuum heat collecting tube (5), a blow-off valve (13) is mounted on a tube between a feeding control valve (8) and the distributing tube (11), while its mounted height is lower than the bottom of the solar-energy vacuum heat collecting tube (5). The invention has the advantages that 1, the invention can utilize the hot water in the solar-energy vacuum heat collecting tube, while said hot water is 28-32% of total hot water, 2, the water inlet tube in the solar-energy vacuum heat collecting tube is communicated with the distributing tube, via a controller to use cold water to lift the hot water at application temperature in the solar-energy vacuum heat collecting tube into the thermal-insulated water tank, to be used anytime, 3, using blow-off valve to timely discharge the sewage in the solar-energy vacuum heat collecting tube, without detaching the solar-energy vacuum heat collecting tube.
