Abstract

The invention relates to a novel structural network and an address binding method routing method, which are proposed in the way of comparing with the viewpoints in standard RFC4140. The network structure is that an entire mobility anchor point (MAP) domain is composed of switches; a scheme for bounding a mobile host home agent (MNHA) with a regional care of address 1 (RCOA1), an RCOA2, as well as bounding the MNHA with an RCOA3, and bounding the RCOA3 with an RCOA4 is adopted after lost local care of address (LOOA), and the binding mapping is implemented via three levels of switches of the MAP; the MNHA and the RCOA in each macrohandover of a mobile node (MN) are bound in the home agent (HA) of the MN, and during the macrohandover, only RCOA binding obtained during the macrohandover and newly obtained RCOA binding are required on the MAP after the macrohandover instead of binding update in the HA; and the routing solution is that a network prefix digit difference is incidentally sent when the MN conducts binding update in the HA, and the network prefix digit of the MAP is obtained by subtracting the digit difference from the network digit of the MN. The structural network introduces the three-level network structure to the mobile IP network, so as to remarkably improve the bandwidth in the MAP domain and save a large number of IP addresses.
