A method of user equipment for direct communication through a HNB access system, comprises that: a first user equipment UE having a unique identification GII in a closed subscriber group CSG initiates calling request to a second user equipment UE belonging to the same CSG, informs the unique identification GII of the second user equipment of the HNB access system if the first user equipment and the second user equipment are in the same HNB access system, the HNB access system builds communication burdening passing through the HNB access system for the two user equipment. According to the method for direct communication through the HNB access system of the user equipment provided by the invention, transmission efficiency of applying HNB is increased, network resource is saved.
