Based on the video format, the invention discloses a method for collecting data of the localizable video file format in real time, which comprises the following steps: the video information and the audio information are collected by a camera and a microphone and the space locating information is received by a GPS serial receiver; a video collecting platform performs compressed encoding on the collected video information and the video information and extraction on corresponding parameters of the space locating information in real time according to audio and video coding parameters provided by a user and the selected space locating parameter information, marks timestamps on the collected video information, the collected video information and the space locating information at corresponding position of a time axis of the video collecting platform according to the collecting time of the three information, and finally the three information is stored in a hard disk by the localizable video file format.
