[0078] The wild chrysanthemum was refluxed with 70% ethanol (1:10 ratio) at 80°C for 2h. The filtrate was concentrated and extracted with petroleum ether for 5-7 times. Then the extract was concentrated and combined with the aqueous layer to obtain the extract. Dissolve the extract with distilled water and load the D101 macropore. The resin column is washed with distilled water and eluted with 70% ethanol. The eluate is collected and evaporated, concentrated and dried to obtain the total flavonoids of chrysanthemum. The purity of total flavonoids obtained by this method is between 50-80%.
