The invention provides a network servo system and a method of remotely installing a file thereof. A network server comprises at least one client device, a calculation server, a storage unit and a light weight client management server, wherein the calculation server provides a virtual machine and is provided with a database, and the database stores a plurality of image file paths; the storage unit stores a plurality of image files corresponding to the virtual machine; and the light weight client management server is connected with the client device through a network, finds out the corresponding image file paths of the virtual machine according to a command transmitted by the client device and finds out the image files corresponding to the image file paths according to the image file paths so as to install the image files in the virtual machine, therefore, a user can arbitrarily install or change a needed operation system so as to enhance the use convenience of a light weight client.
