The structure comprises two structure forms, namely a big-temperature-difference generation-condensation basic unit and a big-temperature-difference evaporation-absorption basic unit, wherein the big-temperature-difference generation-condensation basic unit consists of an external solution-hot water plate heat exchanger and a generator-condenser; the generator-condenser is divided into sections from D1, D2 to Dn by baffles; solution grooves are arranged on the baffles at each level; and a pressure isolation device and a condensed water collection device are arranged on a bottom board of the solution grooves. The big-temperature-difference evaporation-absorption basic unit and the big-temperature-difference generation-condensation basic unit are basically the same in structure form.
