The master controller is arranged in the cabinet; an instruction is transmitted to the intelligent access device through a control panel of the master controller; if the instruction acquired by the intelligent access device from the control panel is a storage instruction, identifier information on a stored object which is transferred to the mechanical hand is read by the bar code reader and transmitted to the master controller; the master controller stores both the identifier information and physical storage position information which is allocated to the stored object by the master controller; and if the instruction acquired by the intelligent access device from the control panel is a fetch instruction, the mechanical hand takes the stored object out of the storage rack according to an information item of the stored object which is input through the control panel. The device has the advantages of replacing the manual access of the stored object in the prior art and realizing intelligent access, along with complete mechanical and electronic control operation.
