The preparation method comprises the following steps: removing other sundries from the waste clothes raw material, processing to scraps; adding raw materials in a stirrer according to designated percentages to stir evenly; placing the mixture in the moulds of the required product, flattening, heating, pressurizing, maintaining the pressure; and demoulding and drying to obtain the product of the invention.
