Abstract

The invention provides a process for spraying three-dimensional wood grain. The process comprises the following steps that: base powder is sprayed on a section for the first time; wood grain is transferred to the section for the second time; a wood grain pattern board of which the wood grain effect is the same as that generated by the second step is produced by computer operation; high-light-saturation polyester solid powder is vertically sprayed on the surface of a product by using a laser beam to enable the powder to generate concave-convex three-dimensional wood grain effect on the surfaceof the section; and after the section is baked at the temperature of 200 DEG C for 30 minutes, the quality of the powder on the surface is changed, the surface of the product is covered with a transparent layer of which the hardness reaches 7-8H on the premise of ensuring unchanged wood grain effect.
