Abstract

The magnetic ink of the invention consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 55 to 75 percent of photo-curing binder, 5 to 15 percent of ultraviolet curing photo-initiator, 10 to 20 percent of auxiliary agent and 5 to 20 percent of magnetic pigment. The ultraviolet curing magnetic ink of the invention is applied to the printing of magnetic bar codes, anti-theft words and patterns on the external packing of commodities, combines a conventional commodity bar code and the characteristic of a magnetic material to fulfill the aim of realizing the integration of commodity circulation control and an anti-theft function, is simple to manufacture and can finish the printing by using an original screen printer without using new printing equipment after being prepared.
