The invention relates to an ultra-shallow earth-covered subway shield traversing operation tunnel construction method, comprising the following steps of: a. preparation before construction: (1) identifying the work condition within a traversing range before constructing; (2) modifying subway shield equipment; (3) modifying a duct piece; and (4) carrying out protection treatment on underground pipelines within the traversing range; b. actual construction: (1) dividing the ultra-shallow earth-covered subway shield traversing range into a test segment, a traversing segment and a control segment after the traversing, acquiring the optimized parameter configuration of subway shield tunnelling construction when the subway shield traversing tunnel is tunnelled on the test segment, and guiding the subway shield traversing segment tunnelling construction; (2) implementing anti-floating measures within the traversing range; (3) after the traversing, carrying out secondary tracking grouting on the upper part of a traversed tunnel in the constructed tunnel to further stabilize the soil bodies and prevent the subsequent deformation; and (4) keeping to monitor the deformation conditions of the ground and the settlement conditions of the traversed tunnel in the construction process, and summarizing monitoring data to a computer of a command center.
