Abstract

The invention relates to an RTDP (Roaming Traffic Data Report) sending and receiving method and server in roaming charge. The sending method comprises the following steps: receiving an account transfer file from a bill generation server, and for the account transfer file with error and loss, generating a corresponding error feedback file and loss feedback file for asking the bill generation server to send the account transfer file again; and processing the information of the account transfer file and the error feedback file, generating an RTDP, and sending the RTDP, wherein the latter step further comprises a step of adding the information of the lost account transfer file and the lost feedback file into the RTDP. In the invention, the lost account transfer file information and the feedback file information thereof are added when the RTDP is generated, and the bill accessory information is provided when the bill is generated by using the information, thus the defect of incomplete information carried by the RTDP is overcome, and the timeliness and accuracy of financial settlement are improved.
