The invention discloses an FPGA (field-programmable gate array)-based cardiovascular parameter non-invasive detection device and a control method, and relates to a non-invasive detection device of cardiovascular parameters of a human body and a control method; and the device comprises a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module, a control and analysis module, a blood oxygen saturationdegree detection module and a display screen, wherein the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring cardiovascular parameter signals through a pulse sensor, a pressure sensor and a photoelectric sensor; the signal processing module is used for transmitting the collected cardiovascular parameter signals; the control and analysis module adopts an FPGA control circuit for controlling acquisition of the cardiovascular parameter signals and analysis treatment of the cardiovascular parameter signals; the blood oxygen saturation degree detection module is used for getting a cardiovascular functional parameter value by calculating a waveform coefficient and heart rate of pulse waves; and the display screen is used for displaying operation steps and the measurement result of the device.
