A format control part is encapsulated into an independent module; during conversion of an image, three parameters, namely a source RGB format, a target YUV format and an image resolution, are transmitted into the format control module, processed by the format control module and transmitted out of the format control structure; an image conversion module calls the format control structure to finish calculation of residual values; and the same control structureis used in the conversion of the images having the same source RGB format, the same target YUV format and the same image resolution. By using the technical scheme, a large amount of calculation can be saved and the processing speed can be increased during conversion of a video image.
