Embodiment Construction

[0040] In the following, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in detail through embodiments and in conjunction with the drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals indicate the same or similar components. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention, and should not be understood as a limitation to the present invention.

[0041] See Figure 1-4 , Which shows a junction module (junction box) 100 for an integrated building photovoltaic system in a specific embodiment of the present invention. The junction box 100 includes a housing 1 and a cover 2.

[0042] Such as figure 2 As shown, in a preferred embodiment, the housing 1 is formed with three cavities 203 for accommodating electrical components. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of cavi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a wiring module for a BIPV (building integrated photovoltaic) system, comprising a shell and a cover, wherein the shell is provided with at least one cavity; the cover is used for covering the opening of the at least one cavity; and side walls of the cover are coated on external surfaces of the side walls of the at least one cavity, and form at least one part of external wall of the shell. Compared with the prior art, in the embodiment of the invention, the side walls of the cover are coated on the external surfaces of the side walls of the cavity in stead of being inserted into the cavity and form the external wall of the shell, thus the cover does not occupy the space in the cavity, thus ensuring that an electrical equipment component in the cavity has a sufficient electric clearance and creep distance, thereby improving electric safety of an electrical component in the cavity; and in addition, the size of a wiring box is not required to increase.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) technology, in particular to a wiring module of a building integrated photovoltaic system. Background technique [0002] Solar energy is a renewable energy source. Converting solar energy into electricity can not only save energy, alleviate the shortage of power supply, but also reduce environmental pollution, so this technology has attracted public attention. A common way to use solar energy is to install solar cell modules (photovoltaic modules) on a built roof through a bracket, and a matching junction box is usually set on the back of the solar cell module. [0003] In recent years, a new solar energy utilization technology-Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) technology has emerged, which integrates solar power (photovoltaic) products as part of the building, such as daylighting roofs, windows or glass curtain walls. Such photovoltaic products are used in While generating elect...
