raw material and a preparation method of the carbon material. The method comprises the following steps: S1, dispersing
graphite powder recovered from the waste
lithium ion battery into absolute ethyl
alcohol to obtain a
graphite suspension; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing
graphene oxide powder in
ultrapure water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain
graphene oxide dispersion liquid; mixing the two mixtures; s2,
drying the mixed
slurry; adding a binder phenolic resin and absolute ethyl
alcohol into the dried
powder, and carrying out ball milling; s3, performing
vacuum drying, crushing and sieving on the ball-milled
slurry to obtain composite powder; the composite powder is firstly subjected to mold pressing preforming and then subjected to isostatic pressing forming, and a
green body is obtained; and S4, curing and
roasting the
green body, carrying out graphitization treatment at the temperature of 2000 DEG C or above, and cooling to obtain the carbon material. According to the method, deep repair of the surface and interlayer defects of the recycled graphite is realized.
