The LED lamp comprises a shell, LEDs arranged in the shell, a power supply module which is connected with the LEDs and is used for driving the LEDs, and an infrared inductive head used for receiving an infrared remote control signal, wherein, the LEDs comprise cold white light LEDs and warm white light LEDs which are arranged in a staggered manner; the power supply module comprises a current and mixed color on-off control circuit and a constant-current control circuit, the input terminal of the current and mixed color on-off control circuit is connected with the output terminal of the infrared inductive head so as to output an on-off control signal according to the infrared remote control signal received by the infrared inductive head, and the input terminal of the constant-current control circuit is connected with the output terminal of the current and mixed color on-off control circuit so as to adjust the drive current of the LEDs according to the on-off control signal; and the output terminal of the constant-current control circuit is connected with the LEDs. The LED lamp provided by the invention is especially suitable for an LED sphere bulb.
