The voice and data synchronous transmission method has the beneficial effects that the 48-bit invalid data area of the F-frame is used for transferring the data or controlling the information, thus achieving the voice and data synchronous transmission effect, saving channels which are originally used for transferring the data and improving utilization ratio of the channels.
