In a water absorbing pad of which the length is 3.5 centimeters and the width is 3 centimeters, V-shaped stripping bottom paper with the width of2-3 centimeters and the length of 7 centimeters is designed particularly, an open side is overlapped with a bottom edge, and a folded side is close to the long side of the water absorbing pad. After a blood sampling needle is inserted, the three sides of the blood sampling patch adhere to the skin and cover a needle eye, so that infection is prevented.
