An air inlet and a hydrogen inlet of the galvanic pile are communicated through an air circulating pump and a first electric heating wire by a pipeline, and an air outlet and a hydrogen outlet of the galvanic pile are communicated through a drying agent by a pipeline to form the closed circulation of the air circulating pump, the first electric heating wire, the galvanic pile and the drying agent. A water inlet and a water outlet of the galvanic pile are communicated through a first water pump and a small water tank with a second electric heating wire by a pipeline to form the closed circulation of the small water tank, the first water pump and the galvanic pile. The water inlet and water outlet of the galvanic pile are also communicated through a second water pump and a large water tank with a third electric heating wire by a pipeline to form the closed circulation of the large water tank, the second water pump and the galvanic pile.
