Two ends of a cylinder shell are provided with end cover flanges, and the outer edges of the end cover flanges are provided with flange bolts; inner hole threads of the end cover flanges are respectively connected with screw cover outer threads of fastening adjusting screw covers at two ends of the cylinder shell; and the inner end surfaces of the fastening adjusting screw covers are respectively used as outer end planes of a lower end cover and an upper end cover, the outer circles of the lower end cover and the upper end cover, which are provided with sealing ring grooves, are matched with inner holes at two ends of the cylinder shell, the lower cover inner plane of the lower end cover and the upper cover inner plane of the upper end cover tightly lean against transition platform shoulders between middle section inner holes of the cylinder shell and the inner holes at the two ends of the cylinder shell, and an upper end cover mandril and a lower end cover mandril which are movably fixed on the lower end cover and the upper end cover are used for supporting the whole hollow rotor to rotate freely.
