The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) performing ultrafine grinding of components in a formula, and screening with a 700-mesh sieve; (2) weighing 15-35 parts of propolis, 15-35 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 15-35 parts of tussilago, 15-35 parts of prepared pinellia tuber and 15-45 parts of jasmine by weight, and mixing for 5-10 minutes to prepare uniform mixture; (3) weighing 15-35 parts of fructus forsythiae, 15-40 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 15-45 parts of cortex mori radicis, 15-45 parts of lindley eupatorium and 15-45 parts of pericarpium citri reticulatae by weight, and mixing for 5-10 minutes to prepare uniform mixture; and (4) mixing the mixture prepared in (2) and the mixture prepared in (3) for 10-15 minutes to prepare a mixture, thereby obtaining the compound propolis composition.
