Abstract
The invention discloses traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating diabetic nephropathy (DN). In the view of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of the DN mainly relates to lungs, spleens, kidneys and other viscera; and after the course of disease lasts for a long time, the lung and spleen are damaged, and then the disease spreads to the kidney after a long time, so that the deficiency and malfunction of the kidney are caused, and turbidity is accumulated to cause toxicity and then invades into collaterals to cause blood stasis which then blocks the collaterals, thereby causing the DN. Therefore, according to the symptomatic treatment in traditional Chinese medicine science, the decoction is prepared in a manufacturing laboratory in a hospital from the following selected traditional Chinese medicines, such as fructus psoraleae, fructus lycii, semen euryales, prepared rehmannia root, fructus corni, raw glycyrrhiza, semen cuscutae, salvia miltiorrhiza, spicate clerodendranthus herb, herba dendrobii and atractylodes macrocephala, with the functions of invigorating the circulation of blood, alleviating the turbidity and tonifying the kidney. Clinical tests prove that the total effective rate of the decoction reaches 92.86% and is obviously higher than that of a control group, the 24h urine protein and ALB (albumin) of a treatment group are obviously reduced after treatment compared with those before treatment, the after-treatment 24h urine protein of the treatment group is reduced obviously compared with that of the control group, and the urine ALB is reduced obviously after treatment compared with that before the treatment, therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating diabetic nephropathy. Background technique [0002] Diabetic patients have formed a large group in our country. With the prolongation of diabetes, many diabetic patients have the performance of kidney deficiency, and diabetic nephropathy (DN) has become one of the serious complications of diabetes, which can lead to glomerular damage and eventually clinical manifestations. Increased excretion of urinary albumin, and proteinuria can accelerate the process of kidney damage. [0003] The drug treatment of diabetic nephropathy is very important, but if the drug is not used properly, it is easy to cause drug-induced kidney damage. Drug-induced kidney damage refers to various kidney damage diseases caused by drugs. The kidney is an important organ for the metabolism and excretion of drug-induced kidney damage, mainly ma...
