Abstract

According to the method and the device, an instantaneous power and a shunt running threshold power are calculated by multiplying a voltage value by a current value and the instantaneous power and the shunt running threshold power are respectively subjected to integration calculation; and then the power values are respectively compared with a pre-set threshold energy value to judge the starting state and the shunt running state of the electric energy metering. According to the method and the device, relative operation of multiplying the voltage value by the current value is adopted and a result of the integration calculation is used as a judging evidence to carry out judgment on the starting state and the shunt running state, so that the influences (caused by the noises) on the starting sate and the shunt running state can be reduced; and meanwhile, an integrator is used for calculating judgment evidences of the starting state and the shunt running state, namely the judgment of the starting state and the shunt running state can be carried out by using operation method of energy accumulation with low cost.
