The automatic volume regulating equipment is characterized in that the electroacoustic converter comprises a magnet, a coil and a vibrating membrane; the magnet is used for generating a magnetic field; the coil is positioned in the magnetic field and is further used for receiving the electric signal; the vibrating membrane generates the acoustic signal corresponding to the electric signal; the vibrating membrane is attached onto the coil; the resistance value of the coil is increased along with the rise of a temperature; and the output power of the coil, which corresponds to the audio signal, is decreased, so that the vibrating membrane automatically decreases the volume of the acoustic signal correspondingly.
