Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a thermosetting composition which prevents the possibility of generating defects along with the curing of the composition. The method comprises a filling process of filling the composition which is contracted along with thermosetting into a forming die and a curing process of heating the forming die to cure the composition after the filling process, wherein the curing process comprises a step of raising temperature: raising the temperature of the composition which is subjected to the filling process by raising the temperature of the composition or combining the temperature raising and temperature maintenance; and a step of preventing separation: stopping the temperature raising of the composition after the temperature raising process to ensure that the composition is changed between the high temperature and the low temperature in a reciprocating mode from the temperature of the composition which is subjected to the temperature raising process to the temperature which reaches a temperature zone again of the composition which is subjected to the temperature raising process, so that the phenomenon that the composition is separated from the forming die because of the contraction of the composition caused along with the curing of the composition is avoided.
