Abstract

The invention provides high-resistance low-temperature heating carbon paste and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises following steps of (a) preparing organic carriers: respectively weighing 8 to 15 percent by weight of polyester resin, 10 to 18 percent by weight of polyurethane, 10 to 18 percent by weight of acrylic acid resin and 40 to 65 percent by weight of solvent, placing the materials into an electric heating reactor to be heated and adequately mixed, and making the polyester resin, the polyurethane and the acrylic acid resin completely dissolved in the solvent; (b) preparing carbon paste: respectively weighing 15 to 25 percent by weight of carbon powder, 10 to 20 percent by weight of graphite, 8 to 15 percent by weight of inorganic filler, 20 to 60 percent by weight of organic carriers, 0.5 to 5 percent by weight of solvent and 0.5 to 2 percent by weight of dispersing agent to be uniformly dispersed in a dispersing machine and then to be ground by a three-roller grinding machine. Compared with the prior art, the high-resistance low-temperature heating carbon paste has advantages of high resistance value, low heating temperature, stable performance and the like. When the high-resistance low-temperature heating carbon paste is applied onto a film printing substrate, the electric-heat conversion efficiency is improved, the service life of the substrate is prolonged, and more energy conservation and environmental protection can be realized.
