Abstract

The invention discloses a surface mounting microwave device intercoupling revising method which includes the following steps: (1) adjusting the width of a coupling transmission line, and increasing inductance of the transmission line so as to improve standing wave; (2) adjusting capacitance of a transmission line free of coupling, and improving the directivity of a coupler; and (3) adjusting a coupling degree of the coupler through two methods of adjusting dielectric constant and the thickness of the coupler and adjusting the width of a coupling window. By means of a finite element method, an intercoupling capacitance array is calculated, a problem that a traditional intercoupling array can not be calculated precisely is solved, a calculating method is simple to implement, calculating speed, efficiency and precision are high, and reliability is good. Phase velocity of an odd-even mold of a coupling line and the directivity of the coupler are stable. A coupling degree is stable, and controllability of frequency response is good. By adjusting the width of the coupling transmission line, the inductance of the transmission line and standing wave ratio are increased.
