Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent water supply system which solves the problem that an existing cooling water supply system cannot meet increasing cooling water volume and cooling speed. The intelligent water supply system comprises three water pumps, a frequency converter, a programmable logic controller (PLC), a normal water supply far-end pressure sensor, a fire-fighting water supply far-end pressure sensor, a cooling circulating water pipe network pressure sensor, a first bypass valve and a second bypass valve, wherein the three water pumps operate in parallel, and the PLC outputs logic control signals and controls the frequency converter. The intelligent water supply system is stable in starting, starting currents can be limited within rated currents, and thus impact on a power grid in starting is avoided; due to the fact that average rotating speed of the water pumps is reduced, service lives of components of the water pumps, valves and the like can be prolonged; and a water hammer effect in starting and shutdown can be eliminated.
