An intelligent processing chip, a first wireless device and a power source are arranged in the pointer body, the first wireless device is electrically connected with the intelligent processing chip, and the clock, the interface and the command key are electrically connected with the intelligent processing chip. A second wireless device and a receiving-and-sending processor are arranged in the receiver, wherein the second wireless device is connected with the first wireless device in the pointer body in an abutting-joint mode, and the receiving-and-sending processor is used for processing signals received by the second wireless device and transmitting the signals to a computer. Operations, such as opening, page turning and closing of the files in the mobile memory which is connected to the pointer body in an inserted mode can be achieved through operations of the command key on the pointer body, and the electronic pointer is flexible and convenient to operate.
