Abstract

The invention provides a combined type tubular type reactor for research on reclaimed water quality transportation and distribution stability, relates to the reclaimed water pipe network transportation and distribution security field, and is a device suitable for research on reclaimed water pipe network water quality transportation and distribution stability and control technologies. The reactor comprises a supporting device, vertical-type tubular type reactors, a water tank and a circulation pipeline. The movable-type steel frame supporting device equipped with pipe hoops are used for fixing the vertical-type tubular type reactors. The pipe sections of the three vertical-type tubular type reactors are a PE pipe, a nodular cast iron pipe with cement lining and a PVC-U pipe respectively. The three vertical-type tubular type reactors operate independently. Each vertical-type tubular type reactor is mainly composed of two parts of a main body pipe section (5) and a detachable observation pipe section (6). The main body pipe section (5) is used for simulation and research on water quality transportation and distribution stability in the pipe. The detachable observation pipe section (6) is located between a flange cover and a flange plate, and is used for research on structural change conditions of the pipe inner wall. The circulation pipeline composed of rubber pipes is used for continuous circulation flow of the water flow inside the vertical-type tubular type reactors. The combined type tubular type reactor has advantages of convenient contrast research of a plurality of conditions, convenient movement and stable operation.
