The water discharge hole is open at the bottom of the water tank and connects to the water storage space. The cooling section has a base body section and a water retention section and is mounted on the side on which the air suction opening of the outdoor unit body is located. The water retention section consists of a porous material, is mounted to the base body section, and has air passage holes. The water permeable sheet consists of a porous material and is placed on the sloped surface in such a manner that the upper surface of the water permeable sheet faces the water discharge hole and that the water permeable sheet is in direct contact with the outer surface of the bottom of the water storage tank.
