When receiving a dispensing request, the controller sends a dispensing order to the automatic dispensing medicine cabinet and controls the medicine collecting and conveying device and the medicine distribution device to send medicine needed by a patient to a dispensing window, and meanwhile the patient is noticed to go to the designated window to take the medicine through a number calling system. The automatic dispensing medicine cabinet is filled with medicine by several persons through a special filling device, the number of medicine cabinet boxes is set according to actual demands, and each box is provided with one sending device which is controlled by the controller. When receiving a dispensing order, the automatic dispensing medicine cabinet dispenses the medicine needed by the current patient out of the medicine cabinet at the same time, and the medicine is sent to the designated dispensing window by the medicine collecting and conveying device and the medicine distribution device under the control of the controller.
